Jan. 24, 6:30-8:30 pm, Tenant Selection and Fair Housing

Feb. 28 6:30 – 8:30 pm, Lead Hazards, EPA Lead Paint Rule, and Financial Assistance for Lead Abatement

April 25, 6:30 – 8:30 pm, Property Management Best Practices-Maintaining and presenting your rental property

May 23, 6:30 – 8:30 pm, Energy Efficiency for Rental Property

June 6 in MO Bot Theater, 6:30 – 8:30 pm, Financing rental renovations through Missouri State and Federal Historic Tax Credit programs and Private financing options

July 11, 6:30 – 8:30 pm, Nuisance Abatement & Evictions

Aug 8, 6:30 – 8:30 pm, Leases and Leasing Practices

 

All classes are held at the Missouri Botanical Garden, 4344 Shaw Ave., Saint Louis, MO 63110. All events are held in the Beaumont Room, except the June event will be held in the theatre, also located at 4344 Shaw Ave.

 

 

This activity is funded by a HUD Community Development Block Grant via the St. Louis Community Development Administration.
