Tower Grove Community Development Corporation (TGCDC) has completed the conversion of a two-townhouse dilapidated nuisance property into four new renovated affordable homes! The building located at 3804 Gravois became a target for TGCDC several years ago. As the owner and developer of 3800 Gravois (https://www.towergrovecdc.org/news/2019/7/8/tgncdc-makes-a-splash-at-3800-gravois-with-mixed-use-development), the adjoining four families are the front door to the southern part of Tower Grove South neighborhood.
