As a part of our planning process and most recent 5 year business plan (2022 to 2025), Tower Grove Community Development Corproation is committed to investing in two concentrated geographies based on historic disinvestment and an opportunity to revitalize and stabilize the areas by real estate investing (for sale and for rent projects). The two areas are: The Wedge which is an area bound by Gravois Ave., S. Grand Blvd. and Chippewa Ave. And the South Grand Blvd Corridor bound by South Grand from Utah Street to Meramec Street. Our investments along the South Grand Cooridor are based on our research and a request for services and support from other local not for profits in the area.
