The Honorable Judge Mullen read the Neighborhood Impact Statement signed by residents of TGS and took it into consideration when deliberating the defendants request to lower the $200,000 cash only bond. The bond for Devonte Addison was not reduced and if, at any time, he is able to make bond a request for a Neighborhood Order of Protection will be obtained. A Neighborhood Order of Protection will state that Mr. Addison cannot enter Tower Grove South until the Order of Protection is lifted.
