Cleveland Arms (2231 Thurman) Renovation is moving forward!

According to Part-Owner and President of the Cleveland Arms Condo Association,Rade Todorovich, the exterior renovations including tuck pointing and roof repair are complete and the exterior doors/windows are in the process of being painted. Professional Designer and Shaw Resident, Sue Raney, assisted with the color selection. There are currently four ownership groups in the building who are all working together to complete the condo renovations for "For Sale" condominiums. The units are approximately 750 sq. ft. and will be finished with granite, some hardwood floors, 42inch wood cabinets and tile backsplashes. The Alderman and SNHC are working with the property owner across the street to provide off street parking to the project, which is important to any potential buyer. The condos are two bedroom/1 bath homes. The price range will be from $80,000 to $90,000. These condos will be great for 1st time home owners, young professionals, etc. We will continue to update the blog as this project develops.
