Landlord Training, Nuisance Prevention and Abatement

FREE Landlord Training, Sat. 9/17/16, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm Learn about resources available in the city of St. Louis to prevent and abate nuisance. This four hour workshop will include the importance of comprehensive tenant screening, an overview of the City's Nuisance Ordinance, Project 87, and a review of environmental conditions that contribute to nuisance. Hear from the city's professionals who can help prevent and abate nuisance, including Neighborhood Improvement Specialist Annette Bridges, 23 Ward Alderman Joe Vacarro, City Attorney Michelle Burriel, Judge Joan Miller, and Heather Gasama of the Health Department's Environmental Health Service division.
