  • After its holiday break, Thurman Grill is scheduled to open back up on Jan. 18. Rumor has it that they'll be adding pizza to their menu!

 

  • Based on the success of the Shaw Art Fair, the SHAW neighborhood is now planning to hold an Performing Arts & Crafts Festival on May 20-22 (which coincides with the Shaw on Show Housing Tour!).  The Shaw on Show House Tour (presented by the Shaw Neighborhood Housing Corporation) will be held on May 22, 2011 from 12-4pm.

 

  • Shaw Neighborhood Housing Corporation is starting up a Commercial Property Committee to promote available properties and facilitating commercial property purchases in the neighborhood.
