Commercial Activity Booms in Tower Grove Neighborhoods

"Downtown" Shaw is located at Shenandoah and Thurman Avenue.  Over the last few years, 6 new businesses have started on this popular and active corner in a neighborhood of over 6,000 residents.   The businesses include Pinxet Photography, Lynn Terry Photography, Restitute Coffee House, The Social Affair at the Station, Artisan Salon, and STLphotographer. These businesses join the "neighborhood" Pub and Grill, Thurman Grill, Christ the Good Shepard Church and Tower Grove Neighborhoods CDC. The growth of small businesses on the interior of our neighborhoods is a great sign of revitalization and supports the notion people desire to live in a place where getting in a car for services is optional.
