TGNCDC Seeks Proposals for Neighborhood Beautification Seminar

Tower Grove Neighborhoods Community Development Corporation has released a Request For Proposal for a 2 hour seminar related to neighborhood beautification.  You can locate the RFP and all the details here

The proposals are due on August 1, 2014.  The seminar must be completed by November 1, 2014.

TGNCDC is partially funded by the HUD’s Community Block Grant Program grant as well as real estate income, tenant screening services income and donations. Leadership and staffing of the new CDC brings more than 25 years of community development experience to work for the neighborhoods it represents.

TGNCDC was awarded Community Development Block Grant funds to complete a series of activities for a Neighborhood Improvement Program in 2014.

One objective of the Neighborhood Improvement Plan is a neighborhood beautification activity.

The project goal is to design and implement one (1) 2-hour educational neighborhood beautification workshop for residents of the organization’s NIP service area.
